Baked Cream Cheese Wontons
Thoroughly combine cream cheese with rub in a medium bowl and fill a small bowl with water; set both aside. Oil a baking sheet generously and set it next to where you will be preparing the wontons. Take a wonton wrapper, place about ½ tsp. cream cheese in the middle, wet two edges of the wrapper, and fold into a triangle and then another triangle, wetting the corners that come together to seal.* Place on prepared baking sheet, flipping once to oil both sides. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers. Heat oven to 425°F and bake wontons for 10-15 minutes or until browned as desired, flipping them halfway through. *There are many wonton folding techniques; any of them will work for these wontons.
