Baked Spicy Tortilla Chips
2 large flour tortillas
Vegetable oil or cooking spray
1-2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Chipotle Cinnamon Global Fusion Rub
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tortillas into strips (about 1 inch by 3 inches) or triangles. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle or spray with oil to coat, sprinkle with seasoning, flip tortillas over and repeat on other side. Bake for about 10 minutes or until they just begin to brown. They will not be completely crispy when removed from the oven; the chips will get crispier when cool.
