Blue Cheese Burgers with Chives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

3 lbs. ground beef
4 oz. blue cheese
1/2 cup chives, minced
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
1-2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Yellow MustardCombine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 ½ to 2 hours. Form mixture into desired number of patties. Grill or pan-fry to desired doneness and serve.
