Cardamom Roasted Rainbow Carrots


INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and prepare a baking tray.

  2. In the tray, toss the carrots with the olive oil until well coated. Add spices and toss again until fully covered.

  3. Bake for 23-25 minutes or until carrots are tender. Test by inserting a fork. Plate while hot and garnish with dried parsley leaves. Enjoy!
