Citrus Saffron Thyme Halibut
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, whisk together the first six ingredients. Divide the halibut into four portions and place each portion on a large piece of foil. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the fish and tightly seal the foil packets. Place the foil packets in a baking dish and bake for 18-22 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
