Garlic Herb Chicken Kabobs

1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 large red or white onion, cut into wedges
1 large red bell pepper, cut into pieces
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 zucchini, cut into pieces
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Garlic Herb Sensation Fresh Twist Grinder
Salt, to taste
Olive or canola oil
Wooden or metal skewers

Drizzle oil over chicken and vegetables in a bowl, and then grind Garlic Herb Sensation into bowl. Season with salt if desired. Let sit for at least 10 minutes, or if left to sit for more time, cover and refrigerate. Assemble kabobs by alternating chicken pieces with vegetables on skewers. Grill on a medium-hot grill until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
