Grilled Mesquite Fish Fillets

2 lbs. firm fish fillets (salmon, swordfish, redfish or shark)
¼ cup oil
juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Mesquite Seasoning
¼ lb. green beans with ends trimmed
2 red onions, quartered
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Rub 1 tsp. Mesquite Seasoning into fish. Combine oil and lemon juice and marinate fish in mixture for 30 minutes. Drizzle olive oil on green beans and onions. Place onions on a clean grill or broiler on high heat. Sprinkle remaining seasoning on fish and place beside onions. Cook fish 2-5 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Turn fish over and place green beans beside fish and onions. Watch carefully not to overcook. Remove when done and serve together.
