Grilled Pineapple Margaritas


1 pineapple - grilled
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz silver tequila
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz lime juice
1 to 2 twists of The Spice Hunter Brazilian sea salt grinder
1/2 teaspoon The Spice Hunter Chili Powder


Peel and cut pineapple into spears*. Sear on the grill until you see grill marks. Cut into large chunks and set aside. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grilled pineapple. Add the tequila, pineapple juice, simple syrup, lime juice, salt & chili powder. Shake well, pour into a glass filled with ice.

*Optional - used canned pineapple rings. Drain first and pat dry to remove some of the juice before searing.
