Grilled Pork with Pineapple Mango Salsa

1 lb. boneless pork chops
1-2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Garlic Pepper Blend
¼ tsp. salt, if desired
½ cup fresh mango, diced (you can also substitute frozen mango chunks that have been thawed)
½ cup fresh or canned pineapple, diced
¼ cup red onion, diced
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Cilantro
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil plus more for brushing

Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Brush the pork chops with olive oil and sprinkle with the Garlic Pepper Blend and salt. Grill the chops until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Meanwhile, combine the mango, pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime, and olive oil. Allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving. To serve, top the chops with the salsa.
