Healthy Slow Cooker Carnitas
4 lbs. pork roast
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2-3 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Mexican Seasoning
salt, to taste
1. Sprinkle Mexican seasoning over the pork roast. 2. Place roast into slow cooker and pour chicken broth around the roast. 3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. 4. Remove roast from slow cooker, shred with two forks. Season to taste with salt. Serve with warm tortillas.
