Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. coarse ground The Spice Hunter Salt Free Lemon Pepper Organic Grinder
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4-6 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup white wine
½ cup vegetable stock
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter 100% Organic Parsley Leaves
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 Tbsp. butter
½ lb. pasta, cooked al dente

Combine lemon juice and lemon pepper in a small dish, set aside. In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened, then add lemon juice mixture, wine and stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes. Add parsley, shrimp and butter to pan; continue cooking until shrimp is cooked through and sauce is slightly thickened. Add cooked pasta to pan and stir to combine before serving.
