Macaroni Salad

16 oz. small pasta, such as ditali
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced red onion
8 hard-boiled eggs
½ cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
½ cup pickle relish
¾ tsp. The Spice Hunter Celery Sea Salt
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter California Granulated Garlic
The Spice Hunter Paprika

Cook pasta according to directions on package, drain, rinse and cool to room temperature. Dice 6 of the eggs and combine with cooled pasta and the rest of the ingredients, except paprika, in a large bowl. Slice the remaining 2 eggs into rounds and place in a single layer on top of salad. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors develop.
