Pasta alla Puttanesca

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 celery rib
1 sweet red pepper
1 (1-lb. 12 oz.) can plum tomatoes (4 cups)
8 anchovies
8 black olives
8 green olives
1 tsp. basil
¼-½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Red Pepper (Cayenne)
pasta of choice

Sauté minced garlic, minced celery and minced pepper until soft. Sieve tomatoes and add to pan with chopped anchovies. Simmer 10 minutes. Slice olives and stir in with remaining ingredients, Simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Serve over pasta.
