Pumpkin Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cooked pumpkin cubes
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen stir fry vegetables
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Mild Sriracha Global Fusion Rub
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Crushed Red Chile Pepper (optional)

PREPARATION

Heat oil and soy sauce in a frying pan or wok; add remaining ingredients. Stir Fry over high heat, mixing frequently, until vegetables are tender. Serve over steamed rice.
