Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cans white beans, such as Great Northern
1 medium onion, diced
2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies
1 cup water
1 (14.5oz.) can chicken broth
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter California Granulated Garlic or 100% Organic Granulated Garlic
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Mediterranean Oregano or 100% Organic Oregano
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Turkish Cumin or 100% Organic Ground Cumin, plus more to taste
1/4 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Red Pepper or 100% Organic Ground Red Pepper
salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Add salt to taste. Optional: brown chicken with oil in a skillet before placing in slow cooker.
