Smoky Turmeric Spiced Almonds

1 lb. almonds, whole, roasted
1 egg white
3 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Smoky Turmeric Global Fusion Rub

Pre-heat oven to 350⁰F. In a stand-up mixer with the whisk attachment, add egg whites and whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks. Add the Smoky Turmeric to the whipped eggs and whisk until it is fully incorporated into the egg whites. In a large mixing bowl, combine almonds and spiced egg white mixture. With a spatula, fold ingredients together gently until almonds are completely covered. On a half sheet tray lined with parchment paper, evenly lay out the mixture and bake for 30 minutes, or until toasted and fragrant.
