Strawberry Basil Lemonade

Nothing screams summer quite like homemade strawberry basil lemonade
Give this delightful recipe a try and you'll be sipping in style all season-long:
Combine sugar with 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, add basil and let steep 5 to 10 minutes. Strain basil from sugar syrup and discard. Let syrup cool to room temp and then refrigerate until cold. Combine syrup with remaining water and lemon juice. Serve over ice.
