Turkey & Green Chile Taco Filling
1 lb. ground turkey
1 small onion, diced
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, undrained
1½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Fajita Seasoning Blend, plus more if desired
Salt to taste, if desired
In a medium skillet, crumble ground turkey, add onion and fajita seasoning, and cook over medium heat. When turkey is no longer pink, add the green chilies. Continue cooking until fully cooked. Salt to taste, if desired and use as filling for tacos. Also use in burritos and enchiladas or use to top salads, tostadas and more.
