Veggie & Feta Salad

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thin
  • ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 3 Tbsp. Garden Veggie Crunch Toppers
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Feta cheese

Instructions:

Combine vinegar & Garden Veggie Seasoning; add oil. Toss dressing with vegetables and chill for at least 1/2 an hour. Sprinkle with Feta before serving. Serves 4-6.
