White Wine Chicken Pasta

4 cups dry fusilli pasta
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
½ cup chicken stock
½ cup white wine
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Poultry Seasoning Blend
¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Muntock White Pepper
1 (3 oz.) can black olives, sliced
5 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup half and half
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Boil pasta until tender, strain, and set aside. Cook chicken and onions in olive oil until lightly browned and fully cooked. Remove chicken from pan; add chicken stock, white wine, Poultry Seasoning, and white pepper. Cook over high heat for 5-7 minutes. Add olives, tomatoes, cooked chicken, half and half, and butter. Heat thoroughly. Toss with pasta and cheese.
